December marks the beginning of the Equivital Winter campaign. The Equivital LifeMonitor is the only medical grade wearable that is certified to monitor body temperature, Heart rate variability and respiration at 30,000ft altitude.

Terms and Conditions

For your chance to win a LifeMonitor starter kit for your team’s next ground breaking project:

  1. The promoter is: Hidalgo Ltd (company no. 3315718) whose registered office is at Unit F, Trinity Court, Buckingway Business Park, Anderson Road, Cambridge CB24 4UQ
  2. The competition is open to public or private research organisations within the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.
  3. Employees of Hidalgo Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition cannot enter.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are on the Equivital social media pages. Only one entry will be accepted per organisation. Multiple entries from the same organisation will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 25/12/18. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The prize is for use within the winner’s organisation for research purposes only. It is not available for personal use.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. The prize is as follows: One Equivital LifeMonitor Kit: Including a EQ02+ SEM, a sensor belt, SEM lead, Bluetooth dongle, delicates bag, eqView Mobile application, Equivital Manager software and access to eqView Pro software (including free trial for 7 days). 

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen from a list of entrants across the official Equivital social media pages on 2/1/19.

The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message through Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin or Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the chosen winner date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

 

  1. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
  4. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  5. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@equivital.com
  6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Hidalgo and not to any other party.
 
  • Hidalgo‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  • The entrant must be following the official Equivital account on either Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Instagram in order to enter.
  • Hidalgo shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  • Hidalgo also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  • The winning organisation may not re-sell or give away the prize to any individual or organisation including its own.
